By accessing or using MyAIBotApp (operated by Attract Success LLC, doing business as L1fe by Design), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

MyAIBotApp is an AI-powered productivity suite available at www.myaibotapp.com. Our suite currently includes or will include:

• AffiliateBot — AI affiliate marketing platform
• Success Planner — AI-powered goal planning tool
• BetaWaves — Brainwave frequency audio sessions
• Additional apps as they are developed and released

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Founding member pricing is available to early access sign-ups and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with our service within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@myaibotapp.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period or for renewals.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyAIBotApp only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use our AI tools to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MyAIBotApp — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are the exclusive property of Attract Success LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you create using our AI tools remains your property. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services to you.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content, suggestions, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attract Success LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MyAIBotApp. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyAIBotApp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms
